
Ingredient
1.Ridge gourd/jhinge-4 piece
2. Turmeric-2 tsp
3.White salt-2tsp
4.Green chili-as per ur taste
5.Fennel flower-1tsp
6. Mustard oil- 3 tsp
7.Garlic-4 cloves
Method:
Step 1-Cut the ridge gourd in to small pieces and put in the blender,add green chili,turmeric,salt and make a smooth paste..
Step 2-In the pan give oil and fennel flower,garlic.After 10 seconds and the paste and keep stirring till all the water evaporate and the rawness gone.Then your curry will be ready..
Is this for dosa idly or for rice.this one is very new dish.
