
Ingredient
1.Makhani-500 grm

2.Milk-1/2 gallon
3.Sugar/jaggery-2tbls
4.Ghee-3 tsp
Method:
Step 1-In a pan pour the ghee and in that lightly fry the makhani till its become crunchy..
Step 2-After that in a medium pan pour the milk and wait till boil.When its starts boiling give the makhani and keep the flame medium and wait until milk reduce at least 60%.Then give the sugar stir it and your makhani kheer is ready now..Try to serve it cool.
