Ingredient:

1.lemon-2 big yellow lemon(cut into small pieces)

2.Green chili-5 pieces

3.white oil-3 tbl spoons

4.Black mustard seeds-2 tbls

5. Fenugreek seeds-2tsp

6.White salt-2tbls

7. Asafoetida-1tsp

Method:

Step 1-Put a heavy pan on the gas.Give the oil,1tbls mustard seeds,asafoetida.Then give all the lemon.After 5mnts add the salt and green chilis.Tthen keep the flame in medium to low and cover it until lemon become soft.

Step 2-Inthe mean time dry roast fenugreek seeds and 1tbls mustard seeds..grind it and when the lemon become soft add this masala..the stir it for 7 to 8 mnts…then put it in a glass jar..like this…

Step 3-keep this jar in the sun for at least 3 days…close the lid and u can put in the sun…..after 3 days you can have it…..
