
Ingredient:
1.Whole fat milk-1 gallon
2.Lemon-2 big size
3.Cumin seeds-2 tsp
4.Chili flakes-2 tsp
5.Dry basil/parsley-2tsp
6.Fresh cilantro-1 tsp
Method:
Step 1–Pour the milk in a big pot..wait till boil..In the mean squeeze the lemon in a boil…when the milk will boil give all the malasa and herbs…Then give lemon juice and continue stiring..In this time keep the flame medium low..
Step 2–when the milk become paneer strain it on the cheese clothes or cotton clean handkerchief..Dont wash it with clod water..Otherwise all herbs smell and taste will gone…Then after little bit cool down the paneer squeeze the clothe as much as u can..Then make knot and press it with any heavy thing and keep it overnight….Next morning your paneer will be ready..
