Grilled Mango squash/Aam Pora…..🍹🍹

Ingredients:

1.Raws mango-1 piece

2.Black salt-as per your taste

3.White salt-as per your taste

4.Roasted cumin powder-1 tsp

5.Ice cube-as many as you want

6.sugar/jaggery-as much as you want

Method:

Step 1–Roast the mango on gas stove.Not too much,when little bit of smokie flavor come you should be done.Roast should be like this.

Step 2–Then let it cool completely.Then pill off the skin and put all the mango in the juicer.Add sugar, black salt,white salt,roasted cumin powder,ice cube,water..Make a fine paste…Now you can store that paste in a glass air tight container in refrigerator for 2 weeks..

Step 3–when you will make squash take 5,6 spoons or as you want in a glass and add water as you want enjoy the summer..☺
